"Neo Network Utility" is the new name for this utility. And yet, when you download it, the app is just "Network Utility". So what's with the "Neo"? It turns out that coding credit is given to Neo A. Volkmann at DEVONtechnologies. And yes, it's essentially an updated clone of Apple's old Network Utility. The most useful ADDITION is a Speed test tab. Thank you.
